FAQs

How does the everbloom blanket work?

1

Our blanket comes together as a bio-degradable shroud, with flaps in the bottom and upper layers. The bottom flaps come together as essentially a covering, or fabric ‘capsule’.

This ‘capsule’ ensures that pets can safely return to the earth in a contained environment.

The top of the shroud comes together a few inches from the surface, and should be covered with soil in order to ensure optimal seed dispersal and depth.

What comes with the blanket?

2

Our blanket is comprised of bio-degradable flax linen, and cotton thread. The top portion of the blanket is made of seed paper, containing native Prairie seeds from the Midwestern USA region. The lower section of the capsule comes with dried Oyster Mushroom pellets, designed to rehydrate, mycelinate, and break down the lower burial capsule.

What makes everbloom different?

3

We understand that pet loss is often difficult to process and cope with, and we hope that our solution offers a gentle, loving return to the earth for our loved pets, as well as an opportunity to process and mourn them as you experience the emerging wild flora.

At everbloom, every burial is an act of restoration and honor for grief.
